南部大專美妝人氣講師爆性騷 強吻別校女師判刑
南部某科大吳姓講師遭控前年3月涉藉酒意，強吻他曾指導過的女學生，後來受害女生到別間大專院校任教，一度怕影響名聲、也不想男友知道，直到另有學生舉報吳姓講師性騷擾，她才勇敢報案；不過吳姓講師連同妻子反指女子主動獻吻，高雄地院審理後不採信吳說詞，依違反性騷擾法，判2月徒刑得易科罰金，可上訴。判決指出，吳姓男子有碩士學歷，曾任職多所大學的講師、美妝協會的理事長，也曾有媒體報導他在專業領域的傑出表現，不料涉入性騷擾風波。. } }); } 受害女子（45歲）證稱，2017年3月26日限定商品網友一致推薦她與吳姓男子等人應邀參加藝文活動後，回程時吳提議去吃飯唱歌，隔天凌晨1、2點時到高雄某卡拉OK餐敘；當時原本坐在吳的對面，吳卻叫她坐旁邊，突然拉她頭髮、接著親嘴巴，有3 、4秒之久，另名在場學生叫一聲「老師」，吳才停止動作。吳姓講師辯稱是女子主動親他，質疑為何不當下報案；吳的妻子更說，女子想破壞他們家庭，經常傳色情圖片、簡訊給吳、慫恿吳跟她去國外發展，還疑似懷恨吳沒同意聘女子推薦的人選，便設局陷害。女子解釋，因吳姓男子曾經是她老師，原本想原諒吳息事寧人，加上她當時已在別的大專院校任教，還有交往中的男友，不想把事情鬧大，不過吳姓男子任教另所學校也傳出學生舉報他性騷，她受鼓勵之下，同年6月間才去報案。法官勘驗發現女子確實有傳性暗示的圖片內容，她說因吳也會傳給她「略帶黃色的梗圖」，她回傳當笑話給吳看，2人彼此間「單純是公事關係」；雖遭性騷後，女子還在臉書發文感謝吳，她說是因公事歸公事。法官認為女子說法沒違背常理，對於事發過程描述，和另名在場人士說法一致，而吳姓講師於警詢、偵查時拒認罪，開庭時卻說「我有真正反省檢討，我錯了」，之後又推稱女子主動親吻，法官不採信吳說詞，認定「偷襲式」親吻來性騷得逞。南部某科大吳姓講師遭控涉藉酒意，強吻曾是他學生的別校女師，高雄地院依違反性騷擾防治法，判吳2月徒刑，得易科罰金，可上訴。示意圖／Ingimage 分享 facebook
