南投縣仁愛鄉萬豐村曲冰橋河床因豪雨，土石淤積加劇，目前距橋面不到1公尺。 記者賴香珊／攝影 分享 facebook 南投縣仁愛鄉萬豐村曲冰橋上游野溪長年淤積土石，0517、0520豪雨又沖刷大優惠專區超實用量土石，淤積狀況加劇，當地居民盼盡速清淤，更將矛頭指向下游的武界壩，且要求拆除；特惠組合年終募集但台電回應，武界壩存廢需由中央整體評估。立委孔文吉昨日邀請水利署四河局、農委會水保局、台電和仁哪裡便宜購物愛鄉公所等單位會勘曲冰橋下方野溪河床淤積現況；孔指出，該野溪位在武界壩上方，過去河床砂石淤積嚴重，長久下來，加上日前0517、0520豪雨，砂石現堆得幾乎與橋面同高。. } }); } 仁愛鄉長吳文忠說，該野溪土石嚴重淤積，目前距橋面已不到1公尺，排洪功能全失，河床甚至也跟兩岸農田一樣高，若再發生豪大雨，上游有大石塊或枯木隨湍流而下，橋梁恐毀且危及居民通行安全，居民賴以維生的農田也恐不保。孔、吳與當地居民除要求第四河川局、水土保持局應加強且盡速清淤，更追究濁水溪和其支流河床持續淤積升高的原因就是「武界壩」，吳表示，壩體阻流造成溪河上淤下淘，武界引水雖為發電和觀光，但也不能犧牲上游居民生命財產安全。對此，台電大觀發電廠土木組經理張立平表示，現階段已強化武界壩排砂效能，將壩體閘門向下增開6公尺；而武界壩是國內水力發電的重要設施，因此其存廢問題由中央進行整體評估。至於曲冰橋下野溪河床暢銷排行 最近流行產品清淤，四河局、水保局則同意由公所提報災後緊急清淤，但清淤需要砂石暫置區，地方政府因此須協助取得鄰近私有土地使用同意書後才能夠施工。
