4500人擠爆茅台股東會　宣布分紅840億
大陸A股股王「貴州茅台」舉辦股東大會，參與人數竟然高達4500人，去年股東大會不過500人參加；今年人數暴增很大的原因，是衝著要買市面上稀缺的茅台酒而來的，因為股東會的一大福利，就是能以官方定價買到一箱飛天茅台和兩瓶生肖酒。而今年茅台在股東會上，也霸氣宣布將分紅人民幣182億元，合台幣840億，創下歷史新高。

工作人員 vs.股東：「是沒有預約過來的嗎？有啊！有預約的嗎？有。」

仔細詢問一一簽到，大陸A股股王，貴州茅台舉行年度股東大會，去年參加人數不過500多人，今年突然暴增到4500人。

參加人數實在太多，一個會場根本擠不下，茅台集團只好再派出遊覽車接送，把一部分人安排到茅台飯店宴會廳；股東之所以參與熱情之高，很大一部分，是為了這個──

江蘇公共新聞(2018.5)：「參與股東大會的股東，可以憑身分證，購買一箱普茅、兩瓶狗茅。」

只要參加股東會，就能以官方定價，買到一箱茅台酒和生肖酒，價值人民幣超過8千元；不過這項獨家福利，今年差點就沒了。

集團向股東們發出公告，由於人數眾多，取消近10年來慣例，不辦股東晚宴，就連茅台飯店專賣店，也貼出股東會期間，停止售酒通知，導致會前，股東們抱怨連連，茅台董事長李保芳才趕緊下令至少恢復股東流行暢銷排行買酒福利。

貴州茅台董事長李保芳：「我們相信，大家都希望茅台好，站在管理團隊的角度，我們尤其希望和大家一起商量，增進互信、凝聚共識。」

極力安撫股東，更讓股東開心的是，集團宣布分紅高達人民幣182億，約合台幣840億，創下歷史最高紀錄。而對於5月茅台成立了專屬營銷公司，打破過去20年來依託經銷商模式，茅台董事長李保芳也特別做出解釋。

貴州茅台董事長李保芳：「成立集團營銷公司，就是要充分發揮集團優勢，在推行大客戶團購的同時，借助知名電商、商超等這些成熟的渠道資源，實現了強強聯合。」

用營銷公司，來打擊茅台經銷商長年無法控管市場哄抬價格的情況，這項變革，和近期茅台負面爭議不斷，息息相關。

東方衛視新聞：「經查袁仁國將茅台酒經營權，作為拉攏關係利益交換的工具，大搞家族式腐敗，依據有關規定，決定給予袁仁國開除黨籍、開除公職處分。」

原先掌舵茅台集團18年的董事長袁仁國，被大陸官方盯上，指控他和茅台多家經銷商有利益輸送，不僅如此，還和涉貪超過2億人民幣的前貴州副省長王曉光「關係緊密」。

貴州茅台前董事長袁仁國：「我們的這個目標，是在2020年我們實現千億集團。」

隨著袁仁國被拔官，茅台貪腐案繼續查，電商董事長聶永也牽扯受賄，丟官被捕。現在新的茅台董事長李保芳上任後首次股東會，更背負著重新穩定股東和市場信心的重任。

貴州茅台董事長李保芳：「請大家放心，我們不會傷害股東的利益，(在)經濟下行、市場波動的情況下，增強應對能力，把握發展的主動權。」

股東會上李保芳承諾，不會隨著市場白酒漲價，飛天茅台官方定價維持人民幣1499元，沒有漲價計畫；股東會上釋放利多，激勵當天貴州茅台股價上漲2.69%，價格衝破人民幣900元。

4月營收／47家創新高台股有撐
台股4月營收公布，許多公司在擴產效應、新產品問市、下游客戶拉貨轉趨積極等利基中，總計有47家公司交出歷史新高的佳績，雖較3月的54家略降、但與去年同期持平。在公本季最新款推薦布營收後，所呈現的業績將左右股價強弱，尤其股市目前位處高檔，且國際政經消息面利多利空夾雜之際，任何市場上的風吹草動皆會影響資金流向，如個股擁較佳基本面，則股價有抗跌的理由，並待行情走穩後，就能在原有利基上，再度有所表現。. } }); } 單月營收創新高，是營運走強重要指標，4月營收擁有此利多的個股，主要分布光電、生技、通訊網路、電子零組件、半導體、電腦及周邊零組件等六類別。以營收數字來看，突破百億元的有台達電、和泰車，其他營收逾10億元以上的公司，還有亞泥、瑞昱、研華、奇鋐、瑞智、裕融、貿聯-KY、信邦、旭準、矽創、聚碩等。台達電日前表示，雖然IA（自動化設備）受客戶持續觀望影響，但基礎建設、UPS、網通電源、被動元件、風扇及資料庫中心仍有成長空間，對未來營運動能有信心。
