51歲蕭薔神逆齡登上國際！外媒拿4女星相比：越看越嫩
曾經擁有「台灣第一美女」封號的女星蕭薔，今年雖已51歲，但多年來靠著做瑜伽、游泳及茹素，保持完美體態。蕭薔超逆齡的外表近日甚至紅到國外，登上英國《每日郵報》版面，報導將她和包括性感歌姬凱莉米洛(Kylie Minogue)等4位女星做比較，大讚她越來越年輕，讓數百萬人驚豔。
 
英國《每日郵報》24日撰文報導蕭薔的逆齡美貌，文章中提到1968年出生的蕭薔，1996年憑著瓊瑤暢銷產品特惠活動劇《一簾幽夢》在東亞累積大批粉絲，此後她有了「台灣第一美女」的封號，並指蕭薔在亞洲的螢光幕上出現超過30年，但容貌和身材不但沒有隨著歲月老去，反而越來越年輕。
 

報導還將蕭薔與另外4名同年出生的女星相比，包括曾演出《追殺比爾》的華裔女星劉玉玲(Lucy Liu)、澳洲女星娜歐蜜華茲(Naomi Watts)、好萊塢女星艾希莉賈德(Ashley Judd)及歌姬凱莉米洛(Kylie Minogue)，指蕭薔將她年輕的外表歸功於長年的鍛鍊習慣，像是她已練瑜伽10年、喜愛游泳，同時還是個素食主義者，報導指出這是蕭薔保持年輕的最大秘訣。
 
事實上，拍攝絲襪廣告起家的蕭薔曾經透露，自己有雙勻稱修長的美腿全都要歸功於練瑜伽，尤其她最喜歡的體式「天堂鳥」，適度伸展就能讓身體線條變得更好。蕭薔也曾說自己每天洗完澡都會仔細擦上乳液按摩腿部，一星期去角質一次，讓腿部肌膚保持光滑，「我每天都會感謝自己，願意花時間跟自己相處。瑜伽提供了一個讓身體與心靈對話的空間，更了解自己的當下，也多了些自在的溫柔。」
