台股昨（9）日挫跌190點，指數接連失守10,900、10,800點關卡，現階段在資本市場動盪、盤勢多空未明之際，諸如新光金（2888）、國喬、聯茂等，因擁有八大公股行庫買單加持，儼然成為盤面抗震指標。 經濟日報／提供 分享 facebook 美中貿易衝突前景未明，投資人恐慌情緒升高，台股昨天重挫190點，創一個多月來新低，加權指數盤中連續跌破10,900點、10,800點大關，終場收10,733點，跌190點，成交值1,404億元。法人動態上，自營商賣超14.22億元，投信賣超2.5億元，外資及陸資賣超185.47億元，三大法人同步賣超，合計賣超202.19億元。. } }); } 台新投顧副總黃文清表示，觀察當前盤勢，外有中美貿易戰緊張疑慮，美歐股市走弱，內有首季財報即將公布變數，對台股走勢增添干擾，短線盤面空方占有優勢，具備基本面優質股將為資金停泊焦點。展望後市，台股在震盪整理後，預期仍網路熱銷商品上班族省錢大作戰將回歸基本面表現；就盤面而言，目前八大公股行庫買超主要個股，將會是抗震指標。統計5月以來，八大公股行庫買超逾500張，且股價相對強勢抗跌主要個股有13檔，分布在半導體、光電、網通等電子次產業，及金融、營建、塑化、水泥等傳產族群。若觀察八大公股行庫買超狀況，5月以來，新光金、台開、群益證、聯合再生、訊舟、台半等，獲買超逾千張；另外，國喬、聯茂、宣德、長興、新鉅科等，也各獲數百張買單進駐。進一步分析5月以來股價走勢，以新鉅科強勢上漲13.1%、信大漲5.9%，最耀眼；其他5月以來股價穩步走升個股，還包括長興、訊舟、聯茂、聯合再生、宣德、台半等。第一金投顧董事長陳奕光認為，公股行庫近期頻與外資對做，主要策略是「政策護盤、支撐指數」，趁外資調節持股之際，公股行庫可以逢低加碼，未來一旦外資買盤回頭，公股行庫也可反向了結。展望後市，若從近期國際資本市場走勢動盪來看，法人操作策略相對保守，短期仍應審慎看待盤勢，投資人可反向注意公股行庫進場加碼族群，以掌握資金輪動過程中的獲利契機。操作策略上，法人認為，短期因產業面缺乏利多題材，加上亞幣匯率震盪，易使台股轉為偏弱格局，建議保守操作，採取防禦型的選股策略，擇優布局本益比低、業績展望佳及具題材者。
