oBike正式走入歷史！全台棄置單車都成廢鐵 | 旅遊 | 聯合新聞網
oBike如今已脣亡齒寒，曾放話誓言要擊敗YouBike的豪語，如今聽來諷刺。記者邱瓊玉／翻攝 分享 facebook 正式進入台灣市場兩周年之際，oBike如今已脣亡齒寒，曾放話誓言要擊敗YouBike的豪語，回過頭來看確實十分諷刺。當年主打無樁式自行車租賃系統的共享單車經濟，在一連串的挫敗後證實這條路毫不可行，滿街違停的單車和猶如廢鐵般棄置的景象，曾經也成了各縣市政府頭大的難題。. } }); } 來自於新加坡（Singapore）的oBike，總公司在2018年6月便停止營運，同年10月開始大量裁撤團熱賣產品人氣產品隊，僅留基本營運和APP客服系統，而今年不僅APP早已消失，北市府已確定將於5月底清除所生日禮物推薦有oBike單車，還給市民一個清淨、寬敞的空間。2017年4月，oBike在台北市試營運時，全盛時期最多曾投入高達8000輛自行車，也因為它方便、易取得的特色，普遍獲得好評，不需要到固定地點租還車、隨騎隨停的自在性，成了代步時的好選擇。總公司以大量「灑下」自行車的方式，讓想騎車的人可以輕易地在住家周邊5分鐘內距離找到單車。然而，正是因為沒有固定的停車據點，它漸漸成了引發民怨的公憤，也許是公德心不足、也可能是貪圖方便，在真正找不到合適地點停車時，oBike只能隨意放置丟棄，儼然成了大型路霸。於是，占據機車停車格、霸占汽車停車位、隨意臨停於騎樓等狀況層出不窮，加上在鄉間或漁港區，自行車被丟在田間或消波塊縫隙的事件更屢見不鮮──車況愈來愈差、沒有專業團隊維護與整理、自行車等同於垃圾的刻板印象開始深植民心，成了壓垮oBike的最後一根稻草。檢舉事件層出不窮的壓力，讓政府開出了多張違停罰單，但始終不能有效遏制亂象，甚至在新北市，oBike目前還積欠高達517萬拖吊、保管費用。oBike遭隨處停放棄置。 圖／聯合報系資料照片 分享 facebook 共享經濟面臨理想與現實的距離2017年，剛好是共享經濟最火紅的時刻，來自新加坡的oBike挾著滿是企圖心的態勢席捲全球，觸角最多遍及約15國、50餘座城市，台灣最多會員時，註冊人數更高達百萬。然而，它規避使用公路、停車時的規費，也逃避了汽機車要承擔的稅金、保險，將創新的巧思運用在使用者身上，把整個成本承擔在城市與用戶間，卻沒有想過，這樣逃避漏洞的方式，反而引發了更大麻煩。事實上，一開始oBike的融資十分順利，它們只要以超大量訂單壓低每一輛自行車的單價，再海量投入各地市場，自行車也成了公司唯一需要負擔的硬體成本，其他的服務都可透過雲端與少量人力解決，回本速度非常快。然而，世界各國對oBike的亂象都忍無可忍，美國（USA）也祭出了重罰，要求公司付清規費和營業許可費後才可繼續經營；在民眾愈來愈不願意承租、罰單根本折扣情報網路熱銷付不完的狀況下，oBike在全球各地開始形成了「垃圾山」──只要依循APP的標示，不難發現數百台自行車堆疊如廢鐵的狀況。而在台灣，以自行車為最主要通勤工具的台灣大學學區，當時累積超過千台自行車停滯，完全沒人騎的oBike簡直成了自行車墳場，是棘手問題。本著低成本、方便的利益崛起，oBike以良善的利基為出發點，卻沒有想到方便過後會造成的極大不便，原先眾人看好的新創公司竟就此倒閉。理想與現實的差距讓共享經濟踢了一個大鐵板，這慘痛的教訓也成了你我都必須反省的一課。台大水源校區腳踏車拖吊放置場曾放有閒置的o暢銷商品熱門商品Bike。記者楊正海/攝影 分享 facebook （作者／魯皓平 本文出自2019.05.29《遠見》網站，未經同意禁止轉載。）
