台政大學生赴陸實習遭停辦 教長：涉及黨報善意提醒
中國時報今天報導，中國科學技術協會辦理的「玉山計畫」，邀請港澳台青年赴中國大陸實習，遭教育部發函要求下架活動公告。教育部長潘文忠今天解釋，鼓勵兩岸青年學生進行學術交流是教育部一貫主張，但要提醒國內大學師生，避免學校牴觸兩岸人民關係條例。潘文忠表示，鼓勵兩岸青年學生交流，一直是教育部秉持的開放態度，但如果交流涉及到「比較有特殊目銷售排行榜省錢大作戰的」的政黨組織，就有牴觸「台灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例（兩岸關係條例）」的問題。. } }); } 潘文忠指出，根據台大、政大日前公布的資訊，該項交流計畫有到「光明日報」等組織實習，「這是一個黨報，與兩岸關係條例牴觸。」教育部發函是善意提醒，避免學校觸法，並期盼學校在辦理相關兩岸交流活動時，除了計畫名稱，也要留意辦理實習參訪的主體。此外，民進黨立委陳亭妃日前在政論節目上，質疑世新大學校長吳永乾被大陸瀋陽市列為仲裁委員，恐涉及違法。不過陸委會事後已澄清，台灣人擔任大陸法院的仲裁員或調解員，並未違反兩岸人民關係條例，因此不予處罰。潘文忠今天被問及相關議題時說，吳永乾兼職議題，陸委會已有說明，教育部後續會再確認和釐清。教育部長潘文忠。本報資料照片 分享 facebook
