參與罷工會被暫停僱傭？ 長榮航：僅為回覆空服員問題
桃園市空服員職業工會與長榮航空的勞資爭議越演越烈，工會13日將發起罷工投票，爭取罷工權。長榮航也說明參加罷工者會「暫停僱傭關係」，又被擴大解讀。隨著罷工送禮最新投票開始，長榮航內部員工憂心忡忡，已成立一個主張和平、理性成立「綠絲帶活動 / Green Ribbon Campaig」社群網站，隨著罷工投票的開始，也看出員工的焦慮。長榮航空因應未來可能面臨的罷工問題，上周五發出一封罷工期間出勤意願調查，其中，針對參加罷工者「暫停僱傭關係」也被擴大解讀。但這個部份，航空專家也指出，今年華航罷工時，當時華航也曾提出罷工期間暫停僱傭關係。華航當時也有說，罷工是員工逕行主張罷工，暫時中止僱傭關係，所以相關權利義務也暫行中止，並非懲處。. } }); } 長榮航空今天早上也再度表示，於4月30日發出飛航意願調查表，因為接獲空服員陸續提出罷工相關問題，因此公司於5月10日彙整相關問題與解答後供空服員參考。在福利事項篇中說明，罷工期間參與罷工之空服員，在外站傷病可否申請公司付費之海外醫療保險賠償(非指法定之職業災害補償)之問題，回覆因參與罷工之員工在僱傭關係中既無出勤義務，公司相對亦無薪資與福利之給付義務，該答覆僅係說明海外醫療保險等福利暫時停止，目的僅為回覆空服員之問題。
